“If something is nonsense, you say it and say it loud. You will be harmed a little but will be antifragile — in the long run people who need to trust you will trust you!”
I really need to express my boundless admiration and respect for everything about you. To some extent, you are not only a mentor but also a friend. I am very grateful to have talked to you via the internet and it is a great honor to discuss so many things with you. I still want to convey my most sincere respect to you.
I totally agree it is hard to be 100% independent once your name is out there…unless you cut your ties with the corporate world.
I also agree it is a personal decision whether to publish anonymously.
For me and my sanity, it made sense to publish my name. Being 100% frank on my newsletter has cost me a couple of relationships (personal and professional) but after all, you gotta do what makes more sense for you :)
Pros and cons, gain some lose some. It is what it is. I am glad you found your way, and that is the beauty, we can all found our ways and they can make sense and work.
All in all:
1) as Naval says: “You escape competition through authenticity“.
2) and as Taleb says: “If something is nonsense, you say it and say it loud. You will be harmed a little but will be antifragile — in the long run people who need to trust you will trust you!”
So much diligence, discipline, and consistency on the macro environment.
It was an inspiring journey. Tons of wisdom were shared, and we are grateful for the consistent advice provided to make us better investors.
The road to 20k followers is shorter.

Oh man, humbled to hear that, but especially that it goes both ways man.
I learned more from you than from 95% of the folks out there.
You are the real deal, you are into and for the know-how (not status, money, clout etc) for the win! Kudos man, you rock!
Happy to discuss, learn, debate, grow and help!
Have a great day!
Keep it rocking!
Congrats on what you have built!
